Party days are on Saturdays and there are 2 time slots to choose from: either 1-3pm or 330-530pm.
*there is Friday and Sunday availability, but depends on workshops and specialty classes. Call Marla direct to inquire.
Pricing is a flat rate and no limit to kids!
We have a table for food, full size fridge, sound system with a disco ball, big studio for kids to run around in & lots of equipment for them to play on!

1. Basic (room rental with sound system and equipment only) $125.00 plus gst

We have professional grade black lights installed in studio to rock your party! We have glow in the dark face paint for kids and other glow items for the perfect atmosphere! Add rocking tunes, fun equipment, old fashioned kids games (think Telephone, duck duck goose, Limbo, wheelbarrow races and hoop hop showdown!) and disco lights for an epic party not to be soon forgotten!

Food, Bevvie, & other info!
Food
* you can bring anything you like for the kids! Popular choices are pizza, fruit and veggie trays, subway tray, hot dogs (slow cooker) or taco in a bag- I thought that one was pretty clever- and more! We have plug ins, table, fridge and microwave. Kids must sit and eat any food and snacks on our mats provided! A designated eating area is set up for the kids! Please no running around with food!
Drinks
* Please make sure any drinks you wish to bring are spill proof. Ex: juice boxes, resealable caps. Water is the bestest!! The studio floor at Heartbreaker is porous. Pop and sugar stuff is almost impossible to clean AND dry time on the floor is longer than a normal floor.
Safety
* Waivers at the front for parents to sign is mandatory! The equipment provided is a lot like a playground and bumps and minor falls can occur. I have been doing parties for 8 years with no major issues, but I would rather be safe than sorry. The waivers have parents cell numbers as well as important info regarding their child(ren) that we require.
Last but not least
* We are a busy little place and chances are there’s an event scheduled before or after you!!! I allow 30 minutes between events for change up! 1-3 party people... you will have a 330 after you. 330-530 peeps.... there’s a 6pm after you and so on. I don’t want to rush you out, but I do try to schedule events with enough time between for switching out! Note: typical party breakdown
Start: guests are arriving. Parents do waiver while kids go play. The studio is set up for kids to run and burn off energy.
Once everything settles- the “theme” of your party kicks in.
When hour 1 is upon us... (for example. If you are booked 1-3, then 2pm is food, cake, and presents. If you are 330-530, then 430 is food and cake etc).
After that- kids can play again!
This is a usual party timeline. I’m flexible and it’s all about what you want to see happen. Kids can be as unpredictable as the weather in Alberta and so I just kinda go with the flow. ? ? ❄️ ? ☀️ ??‍♀️
My main focus is on making the birthday boy or girl feel special, have lots of fun, and have a party they remember for a long long time! I don’t stress about timeline too much, so please just relax and have fun! This info is meant to give you a full understanding and is NOT meant to stress you out! I take care of kids and the studio. You just need to get there and I’ll do the rest!
