I NEGLECTED MY BODY AND NOW IM SICK ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

In my opinion the best way to get better is with as much rest as possible and healthy, easily digestible foods so your body can use all its energy to heal you and not digest heavy meals.

I use to think getting sick sucked and popped cold and flu tablets and kept going and did this my whole life. Where did that get me, no where and bed ridden and diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. Just because your body isn't failing completel two piece mermaid prom dresses ... y today doesn't mean it won't in the future.

When we get sick it is our bodies way of saying look I have something going on internally that takes priority over what you have going on external and I need you to give me some love and care right now. We get sick to make us STOP!

If you can't completely stop then you need to check what you have been doing lately that is pushing your body beyond its limits. This is called pacing and it is something I only learnt recently.

I did have to use the last physical bit of energy I had to throw this together. Chicken and veg soup with lots of garlic, ginger, black pepper and turmeric.

I would rather let my body heal naturally and as a last case senario head off to the doctors.

Yes I am uncomfortable and achy but you have no idea how smart your body is to heal itself for minor health concerns. Pain is a symptom or an underlying problem. So I made an anti-inflammatory soup

Think before you pop another pill because all you are doing is treating the symptoms and not the root cause of the problem.
